Westwood Park Apartments, Glen Eden

A multi-unit 6 storey, 76 apartment building, the Westwood Apartments are nearing 20 years old, and required a reclad due to the effects of weather on a building not adequately protected. A new curtain wall cladding system was installed and now encloses the balconies, expanding living spaces and the overall floor plan of each unit. The curtain wall is framed by new protruding fin additions providing a modern form and visual interest to the building, accentuated by colour.

Curtain walls include sliders, owning windows, Juliette balconies, external fins and louvers. Alucolux in anthracite grey and Navada metallic.
